Volunteers have been at the heart of SEND Project from the very beginning. We started when local people came together to tackle issues they cared about in their own community — and that spirit still shapes everything we do.

Since then, more than 100 volunteers have been part of SEND, and many of our staff team first joined us as volunteers themselves.

Volunteers bring fresh ideas and experiences that reflect the diversity of Sneinton and the wider city. In return, we’ll listen, support you and help you grow your skills and confidence. We respect people, value diversity and are committed to equality.
